| Make sure your files are prepared correctly
Save precious time and make sure your EPS, JPEG and PSD files are prepared correctly before you start uploading.
Please use the following guidelines for your file type:
 |
Vector File Preparation
Save or export your vector files as an EPS version 8 or 10 file.
Export your file to Illustrator 8 or 10 EPS. This legacy format allows buyers to open your files in several vector software programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and others.
Create a high-resolution JPEG of your vector file.
Images must be at least 3 megapixels and saved the same file name as your vector file. Example: If your vector file is named Bird.eps, your jpeg should be named Bird.jpg. High-resolution JPEGs will be offered as an alternative download option to buyers who do not have vector editing software.
If you have IPTC metadata for your vector files, make sure it resides in the JPEG image, because EPS version 8 and 10 do not support IPTC and it will not import. |

JPEG File Preparation
Save your image as a high-resolution JPEG file.
Images must be at least 3 megapixels.
Since we are graphics dedicated, we prefer images of objects, backgrounds, textures, etc. We do not accept images of fully recognizable people that require a model release.

PSD File Preparation
Save your image as a layered PSD file.
Make sure your layers are clearly labeled and unsed layers removed.
Create a jpeg of your image saved the same file name as your PSD file.
Image must be larger than 500 x 500 pixels. |

Multiple File Uploading
Our new Flash uploader offers multiple file submissions. Please note that you must have the current Flash plugin and Javascript enabled to utilize this uploading tool. Once your file upload is complete, your images do not go directly into your account. We batch import images several times a day, so please check your account. Click on each image to add or edit titles, descriptions, keywords, price and license options. Files with IPTC metadata go directly to the "Pending" section of your account page. Click on each image to select your pricing and licensing options.
Common Reasons for Uploading Errors
- Files were not EPS, JPEG or PSD format. We do not accept any other file formats.
- There was no matching JPEG file for uploaded EPS file.
- JPEG file was too small or too low resolution.
