Halloween: Get Out of the Way for Christmas!
While Back to School sales enjoys shelf space for two weeks, because education is a nuisance when it comes to major holiday sales, we now are seeing the stocking of Halloween merchandise three months before that one-night celebration of Druid sacrifice and blood-letting. What fun for the kiddies! Make sure you buy those bags of candy and costumes before Christmas merchandise appears right after Labor Day!
Despite the wacked out control manufacturers have on our buying habits, especially the Chinese, who produce the stuff without any idea about Christianity… which, in 1962 was officially separated from the celebration of the birth of Jesus, we have to rush to stores on Thanksgiving to buy TVs and toys that will actually cost less in January during normal store hours. Maybe Halloween isn’t so scary after all?
(Look for all of these galleries of cool images just for Halloween or any scary holiday… like the ones where you have dinner with family)
With all of the greeting card work I’ve done, it got even more confusing working six to eight months in advance, along with the new, fake holidays like “Grandparent’s Day,” “Sweetest Day” and “Just Buy a Card Day.” The fact is, people love receiving cards and while 29% of all emails are opened and 48% of all mail is opened, 98% of all greeting cards are opened, so just don’t think of a card you create as a cutesy little mailing – consider it a great marketing tool for your business, or just post it on Facebook as a timeline photo for all your friends!

Well, while there is still time to plan all of your Halloween designs, find the high quality images you need for flyers, greeting cards, posters, party invitations, T-shirts and any other frightening fun for as low as $1.00 each… cheaper than a bag of candy!
When you’re ready to move on to the other holidays that fill the calendar, just remember the wealth of images available (legally, of course!) you can use to brighten the day of friends, family, clients or just your enemies, if you word the sentiment juuuuust right.
Back-to-School, Oktoberfest, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, the End of the World, Christmas, Santa images, Holiday Backgrounds, Christian images, Holiday dishes, Valentine’s Day, Saint Patrick’s Day and Easter, just to name a few that will stock store shelves many months early.
