Gimp Tutorial: How to Make a Glossy, Striped Button or Progress Bar

Cameron Ray wrote an article for our friends over at gimp-tutorials.net on how to make a web2.0 looking, glossy, striped button with a gradient in the middle. It looks to me that you could use this for a cool progress bar also.
